1. Service Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Navigate to My Bookings > Select the service > Click Cancel.

Alternatively, email us at support@familywalaservices.com with your booking details.

Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the service may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or no-shows.

2. Specific Service Categories
A. Home Services (e.g., Cleaning, Repairs, Maintenance)
Cancellations allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

One-time free rescheduling available.

Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

B. Wellness Services (e.g., Yoga, Therapy, Fitness Coaching)
Subscription packages can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase if no session has been utilized.

Individual sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

No refunds once the workshop has commenced or digital materials have been delivered.

If a workshop is postponed by Familywala, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduled session.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days in advance.

50% refund for cancellations made within 3–5 days of the event.

No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the event due to vendor commitments.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
